WORK CONDITIONS

Travel: The Project Associate, Field Coordinators and Community Outreach Workers are expected to travel to different slums / basties for mobilization work. S/He is expected to participate in to meetings / trainings /workshops and conferences as and when required.

Working hours: The normal hours of work are 9:30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding 2nd and 4th Saturdays and public holidays, but depending on the availability of women/children in the basties may have to go for meeting them before and after office hours or on holidays also.
