ABOUT CFAR
The Centre for Advocacy and Research (CFAR), headquartered in Delhi is a not-for-profit organization registered as a Charitable Public Trust working since 1998. We are committed to advancing the rights of marginal communities such as single women, adolescent girls, unorganized workers, persons with disabilities, sexual minorities, gender and PLHIV. CFAR has developed expertise in communication and situation assessment research and advocacy.
CFAR is currently working in nine states across Indian and has professional teams with expertise on rights and entitlements of marginalized communities, implementation of large-scale projects on water, sanitation, education and social services; development communication and documentation of social change. In the past decade we have focused on issues such as women’s rights and health, child rights, sustainable development and elimination of violence against women and children.
Our approach is best defined as striving to work towards and build the necessary synergy between communities, concerned stakeholders, the media and civil society through collaborative processes, advocacy and capacity building at various levels.

| 6 | Key Responsibilities: | : | • Responsible for vouchers raising to book entry and computerized as well as manual. • Responsible for proper scrutiny of all expenses bills and supporting documents. Responsible for reviewing all thee-mails, requirements, responses on daily basis. • Responsible for monthly rental details updates and payment settlement Responsible for maintaining and reviewing security deposit statements. • Responsible for discharging Vendor’s Payments on priority basis. Responsible for discharging fixed Administrative Expenses like Telephone, rent, Courier, Electricity, Water etc. before the due dates. • Responsible for proper checking and control of petty expenses and other affairs of the organization. • Responsible for making separate records for FCRA Accounts records and NON FCRA records as per the legal requirement of the legislation. • Responsible to take proper follow-ups and check and balance on states/project unit’s expenditures. Collecting periodic branch expenditure reports, reviewing of expenditure and Responsible for addressing the queries and gaps. • Maintaining various types of reporting formats/instruments for collecting the relevant information as per the requirements etc. |

| 8.2 Required Skill/s | : | Good in computer skills, communication, MIS etc. | |
| 8.3 Required Experience | : | Minimum 01-02 years of relevant working experience | |
| 9 | Preference | : | Preference will be given to candidates with accounts-level working experience.
Candidate who has relevant work experience and who is computer friendly and knows GST, TDS, Tally etc. |
| 10 | Compensation | : | Between 25-30K per month (TDS deduction as per Income Tax Act) as per the relevant educational and working experience. |
