The role will be responsible for managing the organisation’s IT systems and digital infrastructure, including MIS, grant management platforms, and fundraising tools. Detailed Job Descriptions:
- Lead overall IT strategy, organisation’s website, infrastructure planning, and digital systems aligned with organisational and programme needs.
- Manage deployment, maintenance, and security of software platforms, including MIS, grant management systems, and digital fundraising tools.
- Ensure data security, backups, access controls, and compliance with data protection and privacy standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to programme, fundraising, and operations teams across locations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system development, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Support digitisation of programme processes, documentation, and internal workflows to improve efficiency.

Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Formal certification in IT systems management, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or database management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT systems management, preferably within the development or nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing MIS, enterprise software, cloud-based platforms, and system integrations.
- Prior experience supporting data-driven programmes or digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
